Its nearing Christmas now...
so for my new project I thought I would go with that theme.

I have been working on them for quite some time now and honestly, I'm sick of the sight of them lol. They look ok though, but I'm still hoping to do better :)

This is for a module where that will get printed into a book along with the rest of the class, with our name and contact details to be distributed at the London Book fair.

....Hmm...
So far years gone pretty well...*touch wood*. Got a B for my FMP/ Research interview which I thought went pretty bad. Been out quite a bit with awesome people. Have a great house with great people and been pretty happy with some work iv been producing, of ocurse it needs improving dramatically, but I feel I am not as confused by the whole digital process anymore :). I am hoping so badly, it lasts.
Going out for christmas dinner with housemates on the 10th :D should be fun, really looking forward to it, never done anything like that with uni people before, as I used to get put down by saying 'its too early'.

Ooo...went to MCM again this year with my boyfriend and best friend.
They went as fallout...

Carls Pitboy was amazing, too good tbh it got a bit annoying having to stop and talk to people all the time, only becuase it got really busy so we kept losing eachother.

 It was a really good day. Hopefully next year, at the May convension, we will have our own stall there to try to promote our work, mainly FMP stuff.

Jitensha...

I forgot to post the copy of the magazine I was in.
So here it is...

Yeah....I was really privileged, even though its not a art magazine as such, it still has this art section, its just nice to know that someone actually likes my work.

The reason this blog is called 'Jitensha' is because iv had that DAMN SONG in my head for the last few days. Its an amazing song, I think its the 14th ending? to Naruto, so I downloaded it and now its in my head forever and has made itself a permenant home...
I got Assassins Creed Revelations :D Its epic! Love it, he's a real silver fox.
Im watching Carl play 'Skyrim' atm, he's killing skeletons with a warhammer.
Just about to go to town to buy red clothing as tomorrow night we are aparantly hitting the town dressed as crayons for Pete's Birthday...should be interesting :)

Perfect day...

Hey
Just updating.
Dont remember last time I was on.
Well, as a quick run through of the last few months, Me and my boyfriend found a house with our friends, I went to hospital had an operation, lost the house, found new one and came back to uni.
Started back on course late september, its pretty intense, finally realised its our final year and freaking out a bit about money and jobs but im sure it will be fine.
Iv done some new work toward my FMP.

There's still 2 more characters to finalize. For the actual final pieces I'm going to produce a mini mock-up of a few pages of the graphic novel and a few posters. Hopefully, I will be able to transfer some of these into character cards and mini posters :)

Houses, Berries and Money....

Wow...havent written on here for a while.
Iv been tre busy with..life and such nonsenses'.
Since my last post iv finished my 2nd yr at Uni and came back home with my rents and started working for Jerry (an awesome crazy man) who lives in the heart of a forest, surrounded by trees that resemble (one can only imagine) the ones of Canada or something.
Iv also been working hard on my FMP trying to create many characters and beasts of many shapes and sizes to bring my vision to life, but have yet to digitalize any of them yet.
I have, however, submitted some of my other work to Neo Magazine. Its not an art one but its my favourite. It specialises in Anime and all other Japanese cultural topics. They accepted me and I will be in the 88th edition..I think.
This is the one they liked best..

I did this for my mum and dad. I had originally done another painting for them before going to uni but noticed when I came back 2 years later, that all the proportions were wrong so offered to paint it...I messed up, sooo..I did another one that represents where I am now.

Harry Potter...Is ...Brilliant. Went to see the final a few months back and it was wicked. Just started reading the books from the beginning. Theyre so much better than the films (well the early ones) but have now hit the Goblet of Fire. Iv only ever read the Half Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows.

Moving is hard. Iv only ever lived in student accommodation but due to unforseen circumstances, me and boyfriend over there (currently playing Keflings) wanted to move out on our own for a quiet, peaceful, simple 3rd year to get tones of work done. However, this type of things expensive per month for only 2 people in student accomodation, so we decided to go private, but couldnt afford that either really, so we are moving in with Kacie and Dan. Theyre awesome. but Dan is also non-student so its back to the real world of 'normal' renting. This means, admin fees, gaurantor fee, council tax and unfurnished. Sooo....bad news. But.., its preparing us for the real world.

                This was anitially for my FMP but my characters have very much changed since. Iv become alot broader with my designs, especially the outfits, iv incoporated alot of different cultures.

                                  This....is the sexy doctors from Assassins creed, one of the most amazing games ever.

Ahhh

hmmm.. what pressure. 20 finals, prep work and the book made in the next week or so...
hopefully going to get myself all upto scratch this year. guna try and start becoming a normal person instead of an owl. been working hard on black and white pen drawings for a uni narrative to do with the sea.
Trying to get them put into a book to give to a tutor for a book fair with some cards and shizz.

Mine is based on pirates, with a typical storyline, but with a twist at the end :)
Got to try and get the volunteering down at the MCM at easter ahhh im so excited :):) hopefully next year ill be getting a stool down there with a few people, trying to promote my comic and stuff.
which should be alot better quality that these....
Christmas was awesome though, had Carl down for it :) we are getting our own apartment next academic year, it will be such an epic chapter in our lives!!...hmmm just thinking..i might make a mini octopus plushy for my story that would be cute!
